The Same, but Different.

My heart is still aching for this poor animal. It has been almost 4 months since Booster moved on, and Pumpkin is still not the same. He loves Charlie, although Charlie drives him nuts 75% of the time. He is very intrigued by Charlie, but is still lost without Booster.

He occasionally chases his tail for a split second, then stops. He seems totally out of whack, and very needy. He has me wrapped around his little paw.

  1. What a beautiful boy! I can't imagine how ours will be when one moves on. They have a love/hate relationship, but the minute one is at the vet the other is wandering aimlessly. I have to imagine it takes sometime for them to "move on", just as it does us humans.

The pig, OMG. It so cute. I don't know if I can ever eat pork again after seeing it sunggly in a blanket like that.

  2. Pumpkin is such a lost soul. The title fits him. He's the same, but different. He's always been a lover boy, but he is not the same playful pain in the hoo haa that he was before. He used to chase his tail, as well as light reflections on the wall. He doesn't even look at them any more.

As for little piggy... He was VERY cute. I touched his little nose. It was very soft, but firm too. I hate to say this, but the place smelled like maple syrup. My mom said the same thing when I told her that. (She was with us).
