I was getting Greg ready for school today, and he starts talking about the weather.
"Is it going to be 70 tomorrow?" he asks.
"No, it's going to be like today", I said.
Then he just went off...
"I AM SO SICK OF THIS WINTER!!! WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE OVER?! I CAN'T TAKE IT ANY MORE!" and he starts to cry.
My sentiments exactly Greg. I feel like we are living in the movie Groundhog Day.
Wow. I thought kids were supposed to love winter, but mine are getting pretty sick of it too.

ReplyDeleteI live about 5 minutes from Mt Brighton (ski hill) and this is the firt year in I don't know how long they have been open, let alone and still skiing, in March. Last year, golfers were on their course in March.
ReplyDeleteI almost threw up when I saw more snow this morning. Winter has overstayed it's welcome for sure.
i am sick of the weather also, but this is why, one week it is cold, the next very cold, then a mix of hot and cold, followed by severe thunderstorms and tornadoes touching down outside of our city, followed by a hot day now today it is clear skies yet windy, i mean windy, and freakin cold again. we just got over being sick. so i mean yeah i feel his pain.
